1. Can I use a Purchase Order to buy my materials?
While our shopping cart handles prepaid orders, we are happy to take purchase orders over the phone at 831-425- 8222 or we accept faxed copies at 831-426-8222 and hard copies through the mail.
2. What are my delivery options?
We normally ship standard ground or expedited delivery at your request. Standard ground delivery takes seven to ten business days. Expedited delivery ranges from one to three business days. All items ship from California.

If you provide an email address when placing your order, we will email the shipping date and tracking number for your order.
4. What is your return policy?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns.
5. Can I change or cancel my order?

We highly recommend you contact Amazon.com for these orders as their shipping options are the best methods available.
7. Do you have a printed catalog?
We do not produce a paper catalog. We showcase all of our products on our website which allows us to keep everything up to date. You are welcome to print these pages as needed.
